I'm a service designer with a background in communication design, currently based in London. I work at the intersection of the two: using research, stakeholder facilitation, and systems thinking to design services that actually work, and visual storytelling to make sure people understand and engage with them.

I'm completing my final thesis for my MA in Service Design at UAL London College of Communication, where I'm focused on how cybersecurity failures in large organisations are a service design problem, not just a technical one. I'm researching this through a case study partnership with Ericsson.
